Paying a hospital or doctor bill?
If you want to pay a medical bill, go to your provider's website for payment options.
Paying your health plan premium?
Use any of the options below to pay your health plan premium.
Online
You can make your health plan premium payments through your member portal. It's convenient and secure.
You can pay by debit or prepaid card or bank payment. This option is not for paying your doctor or hospital bills.
Go to member portal
Mail
You can send your health plan premium payments through the mail. Just return the bottom portion of your invoice with your premium payment to us in the enclosed envelope.
Contact us
Automatic
You can sign up to have funds automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account to pay your health plan premium.
To participate, just complete the form on the back of your monthly invoice and return to us at the address listed.
Do not use this option to pay doctor or hospital bills.

To complete your enrollment, premium payment must be received before your effective date.
